Flydubai hubs
Flydubai flies out of Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB), where it houses its central operations and offers integrated transfers with Emirates through a codeshare agreement. It uses a point-to-point model with DXB as either a departure or arrival airport for all its flights.
Flydubai is expected to move to Al Maktoum International (DWC) south of Dubai when the new airport is fully completed.
Flydubai direct flights to Europe
Flydubai does not operate domestic UAE flights. Instead, it focuses on regional and international connections.
Europe is one of its main markets, and Flydubai offers non-stop service to more than 35 European cities.
Here are some of the most popular ones:
Dubai (DXB) - Moscow (VKO): Flydubai is currently the only airline serving this route with its 4 flights per day.
Dubai (DXB) - Antalya (AYT): Daily flights during the summer to meet leisure demand.
Dubai (DXB) - Krakow (KRK): Only Flydubai flies this route with 21 flights per week.
Dubai (DXB) - EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg (BSL): Flydubai’s longest route to Europe, with a time in the air of over 7 hours.
Dubai (DXB) - Prague (PRG): A flight per day to one of Central Europe’s most beautiful cities.
Fly non-stop to many interesting destinations with Flydubai
Flydubai flies to dozens of small and mid-sized airports in Asia and Africa. Arguably, its strongest suit is connecting underserved destinations to its hub in Dubai, creating new opportunities for air travel in small or emerging markets.
Here are a few examples of such routes:
Dubai (DXB) - Krabi (KBV): While most enter Thailand in Bangkok, you can fly direct to the beaches in the south with Flydubai’s 1-2 flights per day.
Dubai (DXB) - Penang (PEN): A new service to a cultural hotspot in Malaysia and coincidentally Flydubai’s longest direct flight.
Dubai (DXB) - Almaty (ALA): Twice-daily flight to one of Central Asia’s biggest non-capital cities.
Dubai (DXB) - Addis Ababa (ADD): Flydubai is the sole low-cost airline serving this route.
Dubai (DXB) - Entebbe (EBB): A direct service to Uganda with up to 10 flights per week.
Flydubai’s international network is focused on opening and exploring new routes, which means you can find a direct flight you didn’t know existed if you check a few months later!
