TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIP COMPETITION

• This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of DirectFlights.com

• It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Entries must be submitted via www.directflights.com and entry is restricted to one per person. winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to rob@directflights.com

• All entries must be received by midnight on June 30, 2010.

• The winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of the winner not providing such confirmation or should the winner not be contactable, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

• One entrant will win a chauffeured Rolls Royce around London with 3 of their friends. Dates to be mutually agreed by both parties. Prize must be taken by 31 December 2010

• The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
