The hotel enjoys a setting in a private 25 hectare historical estate called Balaclava, dating back to the 18th century. The estate contains a number of mysterious ruins to explore, scattered along the walkways and footpaths. Turtle Bay is a Marine National Park with excellent snorkeling opportunities right off the hotel's 500 metre long white sandy beach. his luxurious property is built in the colonial style with rooms arranged in slightly elevated wings which radiate from the lobby.
